The company was established in 1993 and founded Chenzhou Gospell Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001. On February 13, 2017, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2020, Weifang Bincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company, with the Weifang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission becoming the actual controller of the company. It operates one production base, consisting of five major workshops: SMT workshop, DIP workshop, assembly workshop, injection molding factory, and hardware factory, with a total of 45 production lines.
